Delivery
We ship all around the world!
Our delivery options are as follows:
Tracked Standard Delivery £1.99
This is applied to all orders under £30.
We will use an appropriate courier and this service will take 2-4 working days from dispatch. Dispatch is often the day after an order is placed. Please be aware that wait times may be extended over weekends and bank holidays.
Next Day Delivery £3.99 (FREE OVER £50)
This delivery option is available on every order for a £3.99 supplement. Your order will arrive with you the day after dispatch which often occurs the day after the order is placed with us. We will use an appropriate courier and this service is fully tracked.
We must make you aware that should your order be placed after 12pm on a Saturday or Bank Holiday weekend, your order can not be dispatched until the next working day.
Free next-day delivery is applied to all orders over £50.
INTERNATIONAL and EU DELIVERY
We advise that any international orders *EU) be placed through our Amazon store. Although we have a limited range available currently (Only Adult Journals) we are building every day. This option will allow a smoother and quicker delivery than conventional postage.
International shipping via the website will be calculated at checkout.
Returns
We hope you'll love your journal, but if it isn't for you, we will offer a full refund (postage deducted) up to 30 days after your purchase.
We ask that the journal be unused and undamaged when returned. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return, we will send you a return postage label for your goods. hello@discoveryjournal.co.uk
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
As we have instructed all international customers to order via Amazon, we also ask you to use their returns system as well. Should you have a question or technical query please don't hesitate to get in contact with us personally.

Please note we can not refund any postage payment made at the time of sale.
